Holly Furdge-White, M.D.

Dr. Holly Furdge-White is known for her calm, compassionate bedside manner and a gift for making patients feel truly seen and heard. With a warm, conversational style and a deep commitment to connection, she puts people at ease from the moment they walk into the room.

“I don’t feel like it’s a very hard thing—treating people like people,” she says. “I just want to treat people like I want to be treated. I really like connecting to my patients.”

Originally from Jonesboro, Mississippi, Dr. Furdge-White earned her medical degree and completed her residency at University Hospital of Arkansas. She began her career as a hospitalist—a physician specializing in inpatient care—before transitioning to outpatient medicine, where she could build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

She values the feel of a close-knit clinic where collaboration happens easily and everyone works together for the good of the patient. Her approach to care is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and seeing the whole person—not just their symptoms.

“I’m not trying to get into your business,” she says with a smile, “but I like to see the big picture. I want patients to feel I care, and I want them to feel at ease.”

Outside of work, Dr. Furdge-White is a proud mom of three boys who keep her quick-thinking and quick-to-laugh. She and her husband love to travel as a family, most recently enjoying a Mediterranean cruise. A big sports fan, she’s also a Colts season ticket holder and makes time for Braves games whenever she can.
